The managerial function of staffing involves manning the organization structure through proper and effective selection, appraisal and development of the Personnel to fill the roles assigned to the employers/workforce.

We conduct primarily two activities in staffing a) Payroll & Statutory Management which will include post joining activities like employee documentations except, create files and advise and issue compensation breakup etc. b) Recruitment activities where depending on a Job Description we shall source, shortlist and hire any employee irrespective of the role and position.
