Process Driven Transition Methodology

We believe defining processes can help us in more than one way, few advantages are

  • Processes set a disciplined way of doing the tasks that leads to standard and consistent output every time.
  • Roles and responsibilities are mentioned explicitly in a process, so there is no chance of any ignorance or negligence or assumptions.
  • With formalised processes in place for all the activities, we can estimate better and can achieve smoother execution of Services.

We follow Business Process Management System (BPMS) tools to define and execute Process driven culture in our Service delivery system. BPM strategies emphasize process improvements and automation to drive performance, while Six Sigma uses statistical analysis to drive quality improvements. The two strategies are not mutually exclusive; however, we have discovered that combining BPM and Six Sigma can create dramatic results.
